Ludo manages the Sales, Marketing, Business Affairs and Acquisitions departments. He is responsible for linear and VOD content sales, channel carriage deals, and production-financing globally, with also a direct focus on North America, as well as German and Italian-speaking Europe. Before joining Off the Fence, in March 2011, Ludo spent 5 years in London, where he worked in communications, international programme sales and social responsibility for MTV Networks International (Now Viacom Media Networks International). A French-native, he graduated from the European Business School in Lyon (France) with a master's degree in international business development. Ludo speaks French, English and has a good understanding of German.
Anouk looks after sales to Pan Nordics, Pan Asia, Pan Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Eastern Europe & the Benelux. Before joining Off the Fence in 2013, Anouk worked for international sales agent Fortissimo Films and the International Film Festival Rotterdam. Anouk graduated with a Master's degree in Art Policy & Management from Utrecht University (The Netherlands) and also studied at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Anouk also holds a second Master's degree from Erasmus University in Rotterdam in Media and Journalism. Anouk speaks Dutch, English, and German.
Rebeca looks after sales to Iberia, Latin America, US Hispanic and UK & EIRE. She graduated with a Bachelor of Audiovisual Communications from the Complutense University in Madrid (Spain). Rebeca also holds a Master's degree in Television, Film and New Media Studies from the University Paris 1 Sorbonne and a Master's degree in International Management from King's College London. Before moving to Amsterdam, Rebeca worked in sales for Zodiak Rights (Now Banijay) and Pilot Productions. Rebeca speaks Spanish, French, and English.
Antoine looks after sales to the French-speaking World, Canada, India & the Transportation business. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from the ESPEME International Business School (EDHEC Group) in Lille (France) and then joined Off the Fence in 2010, following an internship in the Amsterdam headquarters. Antoine speaks French, English and has a good understanding of Spanish.
Gem looks after sales to Korea, China, Taiwan, Japan, and South East Asia. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Media & Culture from the University of Amsterdam (The Netherlands) with a specialization in Film & Visual Culture. Prior to joining Off the Fence, Gem volunteered at a music & media center in Amsterdam sparking her love for the industry. Gem speaks Dutch, English, and Tagalog.
Cornelia looks after sales to Russia & CIS, the Baltics, the MENA region, Israel, Greece, Turkey, and Scandinavia. Cornelia graduated from the Utrecht University (The Netherlands) with a Bachelor's degree in Communication & Information Science and also holds a Master's degree in Media & Business from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam (The Netherlands). Cornelia joined Off The Fence in 2014 and speaks, German, English, and Dutch and has a good understanding of French and Spanish.
Monica looks after sales to Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia and Romania, and is also responsible for licensing Educational, Institutional and Footage rights. She works alongside Ludo in North America and the UK and alongside Anouk in Eastern Europe. A Romanian native, Monica graduated with a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Management in the Creative Industries from the University of Amsterdam (The Netherlands). Following her studies, Monica joined the Off the Fence sales team in early 2015.
Jia is responsible for sales to and co-financing with China, Taiwan, and Korea. She studied life sciences in China, Japan, and the Netherlands, as well as visual arts at the Rietveld Art Academy, Amsterdam (The Netherlands). Alongside her work with Off the Fence, Jia is also a critically-acclaimed producer and the founder of MUYI FILM and SILK ROAD FILM SALON, where she works with European and Asian producers/directors and focuses on film productions with intercultural themes and international potential. Jia speaks fluently Chinese, Japanese, English, and Dutch.
Fay looks after sales to Italian speaking Europe as well as the Benelux and works alongside Ludo for German-speaking Europe and pan-regional deals. After a research Bachelor in Biology from the Vrije University of Amsterdam, Fay graduated with a Master’s degree in Science Communication and Society from the University of Leiden. Fay joined Off the Fence in September 2015, speaks English, Dutch and has a good understanding of German.
