OTF SECURES OVER 160 HOURS TO INTERNATIONAL TERRITORIES

Leading global distribution and production company, Off the Fence (OTF) has today announced sales amounting to over 160 hours to broadcasters across Latin America, Russia, Canada and Spain. The deals were brokered by Alexa Dubard, senior sales executive at OTF's head office in Amsterdam.

In Brazil, Globosat has acquired two packages of content totaling 140 hours. The first deal consists of 100 hours of HD travel, adventure and extreme sports content with titles including Focused (44x30'), Nomads (43x60') and Kayaking (6x60'). The second deal includes 40 hours of HD wildlife programming with titles such as Last Lion of Liuwa (1x60'), Last Trimate (1x60') and Unlikely Animal Friends (1x60').

Historia – Spain's History Channel – has bought a 12 hour package including Deep Wreck Mysteries (5x60'), a series that explores thousands of vessels that lie wrecked off the British and Irish shores, and an OTF production, Asia's Monarchies (5x60') which examines the relationship between the people and their rulers, and what the future holds for these monarchies.

In Russia, public television channel TV Kultura has acquired 9 hours of natural history and history programming. Titles include Life Force (6x60'), China's Ghost Army (1x60') and China's Lost Pyramid (1x60').

Télé-Québec in Canada has procured Wild and Woolly – An Elephant and his Sheep (1x60'), Grizzly (1x60') and Mega Structure – Singapore's Vegas (1x60') whilst Discovery Familia in Latin America has bought the first series of The Locator (1x30') for their US Spanish speaking feed.
