The process is never easy, and many emotions are exposed throughout the final months of pregnancy.

Each episode follows the stories of couples and birth mothers as they trek through various stages of the journey. From the challenging matching stage as the birthmother faces the daunting task of choosing her baby's future parents, to a couple who've been through the painstaking match and are now working with the birthmother through the last stages of her pregnancy. Throughout the process, the couple remains in the mother's life making her more comfortable, attending doctor's appointments, counseling, and spending time together as a family. The series will also feature the end of the journey when the miracle of birth happens. Here we see the couple's dreams for a family finally coming true, as well as the birthmother's reaction to the experience.
