In 1976 Josie, Diana and Kerry were rambunctious teenagers in Adelaide, when director Gillian Armstrong made a documentary about them, Smoke and Lollies. Thirty-five years on Armstrong revisits the trio, to find much has changed. Josie and Diane are now grandmothers, relationships have come and gone and new ones have formed. As always, they talk with disarming candour about their lives.
