Martin has worked in television since 1989, both as an archive researcher and writer on a wide range of factual and entertainment programs for companies including the BBC, NHK, Granada, National Geographic, Canal +, Discovery and Sony Entertainment. He first came to Off the Fence in 2007 to work on Monkey Thieves series one and is currently based in the Bristol office sourcing archive for Superhumans and the Wildest strand, and writing for NHK Wild and Monkey Thieves series 3.
Channel 4 has commissioned Off The Fence Productions to make Confessions of an Alien Abductee, a one off documentary following the people who run and are supported by Britain’s strangest helpline – Anomalous Mind Management Abductee Contactee Helpline (AMMACH) - a 999 for ‘experiencers’ of alien abduction.

Global distribution and production company, Off the Fence (OTF) has today announced a number of acquisitions from broadcasters around the world including UKTV’s Yesterday, FOX India, and Film Garden in the USA. The deals see OTF grow its ever-expanding distribution catalogue to over 6500 hours across a number of genres.
