OTF SELLS OVER 700 HOURS OF CONTENT TO EASTERN EUROPE AND MENA TERRITORIES
Leading global distributor, Off The Fence (OTF) has today announced sales amounting to over 700 hours of programming to major Eastern Europe and MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region broadcasters. The deals were brokered by OTF’s sales executive, Mark Dee-Shapland.
Horizon Film International in Turkey bought a notable 547 hour package from OTF’s extensive HD catalogue. The package includes over 300 hours of VOOM HD shows across sport, lifestyle and fashion such as The Alpine Chronicles (1x60’), Artland 1 & 2 (totalling 24x60’), Chasing History Home (18x60’) and Haute Couture (15x60’).
Telewizja Polska acquired the second season of OTF in-house production Monkey Thieves (26x13’), including the digital rights as Poland moves towards switchover. The broadcaster also continues to relicense shows it previously purchased.
Also in Poland, VOD service Onet Grupa bought 15 hours of lifestyle and travel shows including Secret Lives of Women (9x60’) and Ice Man: The Lewis Gordon Pugh Story (1x60’).
In the MENA region, Al Jazeera Documentary Channel acquired 60 hours of OTF’s latest shows including in-house productionsChangemakers Asia (3x60’) and Asia's Monarchies (5x60’). Other titles include the two latest episodes of NHNZ’s Man Made Marvels (2x50’) and the two latest episodes of Smithsonian’sHistory in HD series.
All Time Entertainment procured 30 hours of high quality nature and wildlife programming including Wild Walk (13x30’) and kids’ titleBarney’s Barrier Reef (20x30’).

Mark joined the sales team at Off The Fence in 2009 and is responsible for sales to Central and Eastern Europe, including the Baltic States, Israel, Turkey and the Middle-East.
