Back for an amazing second series ‘The Great Way’ takes us on a journey to some of the world’s greatest hiking routes. A round-the-world trip told through the people of the trails showing how these paths connect us with the Earth and take us back to our roots.

In this second season they walk the Jordan Trail, where ancient wonders and nomadic traditions converge. They reach the city of Petra and cross Wadi Rum Desert by foot with the Bedouins, using traditional trade camel routes. The Camino de Costa Rica, a stunning tropical trek from the Caribbean to the Pacific Ocean through the jungle, encountering indigenous communities. They also climb the Olympus Mountain in Greece, home of the ancient Greek gods, part of the E4 European path and one of the highest picks in Europe. Lastly they explore the Lycian Way, Turkey´s hidden gem along the turquoise coast discovering paradisiacal beaches, ancient ruins and old lighthouses. This epic journey around the world ends with a magical hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia.
