Meet guerrilla rewilder Derek Gow, whos shaking up the British countryside. Derek is a farmer, ecologist and maverick rewilder. Hes bringing back life to Britains landscape, one beaver at a time. Derek believes that Britain is one of the world's most nature-depleted countries, but not if he was in charge! Hes transformed his 150-acre farm into a rewilded paradise with many ancient species roaming free; from iron-age pigs, wildcats and storks to water voles and most famously - beavers. To many ecologists hes a visionary, to government officials hes a pain in the backside.
