synopsis

For Africa’s wild dogs, survival is all about teamwork. Under the leadership of the alpha female and her mate, this 15-strong pack is a force to be reckoned with. Their bonds run deep and every success is shared, every new life, celebrated. Theirs is not a story of family power struggles but a rare window into collaborative survival strategies. The alpha female has a new litter of pups, and right now, keeping them safe is top priority. Beyond the safe walls of their den, competition is brutal. Between the ruling lions, the scavenging hyenas and the solitary leopardess, a constant rivalry rages through the territory. Alpha will have a tough job keeping her litter safe but with the help of her mate and the pack, they will face every challenge with the collected determination to raise their new litter to independence.
