The Streets is a six-part series that explores the lives of emerging musicians across the United States as they chase success while staying rooted in their local cultures. Each episode follows a different artist—from a Detroit punk rocker using music to express identity, to a New York rapper balancing motherhood and ambition, and a Houston performer reshaping hip hop’s message. Set in diverse cities including Las Vegas, Miami and Los Angeles, the series highlights personal struggles, creative journeys and cultural influences. Through intimate portraits, it reveals how music becomes a powerful outlet for self-expression, resilience and hope.
