Alive and incarcerated at Leeuwkop Maximum Security Prison, Lazarus Mazingane has spent the last ten years behind bars after a 5 year reign of terror on Johannesburg’s ethnic women. Posing as a taxi driver, he raped and strangled over 20 women in the 1990’s and was eventually caught at the age of 25.
