The islands of Malaysia are jewels of the natural world, ecological paradises where ancient rainforests cascade down mountains into crystal clear seas. Each is a haven for wildlife, each boasts its own wildlife story. The film features a number of enigmatic species both above and below the water. From silvered langurs caring for their bright orange babies and ants tending their herds of mealy bugs to boisterous mudskippers and a noisy fruit bat roost. Compelling macro photography allows us to explore the fascinating world of insect mimicry as both predators and prey blend seamlessly into the jungle undergrowth.
