Journey with us again as our epic navigation of South East Asia continues through its incrediblenorthern regions, exploring Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand. Following the flow of Myanmar's timeless Irrawaddy River right through the center of this most vivid of Asian countries, we’ll experience some of the most sacred Buddhist sites on earth and encounter local tribes and peoples whose costumes and cultures have survived for a thousand years. Crossing into Laos and using the mighty Mekong River to get our bearings, we’ll explore every corner of Laos from the magical Phonsavan waterfalls to its ancient and mysterious Plain of Jars. Moving down river we’ll enter Cambodia and explore Angkor Wat, the world's largest religious structure. We’ll then end our exploration of Southeast Asia in the Kingdom of Thailand at the truly breathtaking Khao Sok National Park.
