Meet Charles Platkin, also known as The Diet Detective, as he takes secret cameras into an unsuspecting subject’s life, filming their food intake, exercise (or lack thereof) and bad habits. Once the spying is over he confronts the subject, together with family and friends, with his or her unhealthy behaviour and shows them creative ways to fix their life.
